YOUR EXCUSES ARE IRRELEVANT Part Deux

Okay, listen up, I am talking to you, are you ready to listen?  Here it is, if you are not ready to commit 100% right now, you are doing nothing to reach your ultimate goal.  Is your ultimate goal financial freedom?  Well, the only way to do that is to finish the training program.  But Edub, we aren’t going on crew, we aren’t able to hit incentives.  Okay, I get that.  We have a new plan we started this week, we call it the draft.  Top producers with a car are your leaders for the week.  The Top producer with a car gets 1st pick In the draft and so on.  Once the teams are set anyone can work with anyone.  Those leaders who’s team hits 225 will be awarded an incentive!  So there is the answer to your question.  Be the top person, Draft your team, hit incentives!  If you have questions and want to do what we are doing call us!!

My point is still the same, are there new people to train?  How about people here that have never lead a crew?  Are you teaching them so when we do go out they are ready to lead?  Listen, first and foremost for my Vegas peeps, Outlaws and B.O.E. Outlaws you are doing a fantastic job!  Super proud of all of you.  From our old dogs to a few of you we have collected over the last month.  But could you be doing better?  Training never ends.  As a manager you should never let a day go by that you aren’t teaching someone something.

The thing is we all want to see someone do good, we get motivated, but the truth is we don’t want them to be as good or better than us.  That cold truth is, that is what creates a stagnant business, ready to fail.  No competition, no hype, no fun equals no growth. For you, your business or your life to grow you have to take a vested interest in everyone you work with.  It’s not just about planting the seed, you have to water it and care for it to see it grow.

Five reasons people don’t make it here, and I want you to let these sink in.  First, for you, It’s not life and death, you don’t want it bad enough!  Second, you aren’t prepared to sacrifice.  You are not willing to give up anything.  Discomfort scares you. Third, you have no self-discipline.  Fourth, you are scared to fail.  Trust me it’s inevitable.  I mean why start?  You will never go all in.  Success comes from failure.  Finally, you think the world owes you something.  It owes you dick!

The only thing I want you to take away from this is simple; The first step toward success is taken when you refuse to be a victim of the environment in which you find yourself.  Right now, you can make a decision to be more, do more, gain more.  The secret to All Star Motivation is and always has been what you put into it is what you will get out of it.  The more important this is to you, the more you are willing to sacrifice, the more disciplined you are, those are the people that will shine here.  Just look at Bud and T-Mac.  No fear, they just listen and work.  You better not be sleeping on JayFresh either, North Las Vegas about to be rolling.  Dallas, well we see you, we heard a little peep out of them last week 500 is legit.  I guess we will see.  We, we, will just keep promoting buildings and waiting on all you to catch up.  We know what we are about here!  Who’s coming with us?  JFBD–E
