SUCCESS IS DEPENDENT ON EFFORT

In life you can be judged on pretty much everything.  You can be judged by the way you talk, the way you walk, where you are from, what you drive, where you live, your hair style, not having hair, your clothes, your shoes, who you date, I mean the list is never ending.  These things can become frustrating, make you angry even and rightfully so.  Do you know the one thing you can’t be judged on in your life?

The answer is effort.  People can’t judge you on your effort.  There is only one person who truly knows how much effort was put in.  That is truly yours.

You only get one life.  How much effort are you truly giving?

All Star Motivation offers you an establishment to higher earning.  Think about this, where are you right now?  Are you just starting out?  Are you a Manager?  Crew Leader?  Office owner?  Remember when you set a goal to reach one of these levels?  How fast did it happen?  Do you remember how hard you worked to get there?  Do you remember the feeling the first time you 100 clubbed?  Some of you are making more money now than any place you have been previously.  Couldn’t your bonus be bigger?

Reality #1:  95% of the world will NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL!  Even though they could be if they wanted.  They won’t fail to succeed in fact, they rarely will ever reach that stage.  They fail before the even get there because they don’t make the EFFORT.  They Dreamed of knocking on success’s door and ran before anyone had a chance to open it.  They get discouraged like some of you in the field and some of you when you are recruiting.  I mean when you are winning everyone loves you right?  Okay here is your real reality.  Success takes hard work, usually with absolutely no recognition before you can achieve success.

Reality #2:  You will feel pain on the journey to success.  You will want to give up prematurely because you will sometimes feel lost and hopeless.  You will lose relationships, success takes a tremendous amount of EFFORT and sacrifice, not everyone is meant to come with you.  People you love and trust will discourage you, some say you should keep your dreams to your chest so dream stealers and naysayers can’t get them.  Those negative thoughts from people you love and trust can become contagious.  You need to become immune and let your EFFORT do the talking.  You will be hated for no reason.  People tend to not like to see your come up.  It’s Jealousy.  Let them go and use that hate as fuel for more success.  You will doubt yourself 9 out of 10 times.  You will paralyze yourself with doubt.  Suck it up and make a decision any decision just make one.  You will fail.  Failing is a part of the process.  Learn from it and move forward.  Stop making the same mistakes it’s insanity.  Finally and lastly IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT.  You have to believe you will succeed and you have to trust the All Star Motivation process.  With the right thought process and your best effort combined there is nothing you can not achieve.
