Can I ask you a question? Where did your passion go? Where did that bright eyed, fire driven, dream having, running through brick walls attitude go? As I sit back and look at the state of All Star Motivation and all the good things we have going on right now, we just promoted a new building, have another in the wings for the first of the year, we got new bottles in production that will be here in February, we are still cranking out 700-1000 bottles and still have the same drive we did when we started this awesome journey. Why don’t you? Why are you still struggling? Do you even believe in your dream anymore? Do you even believe in yourself anymore? I remember a time when we wouldn’t even question it. But now, now we have to ask………….do you even dream anymore?
You have to get back to believing in yourself and what your dreams are. Your perspective creates your thoughts and your thoughts create everything. Your strongest thoughts have got you to where you are now. Who you are in the future is up to you. Here are some tips to help you get back: 5 reasons why you got to believe in yourself
- Who you are and will become is 100% down to you. The reality is you are in full control of your life. So you are the only one who can achieve your dreams. No one else will do them for you. So believe you can achieve those dreams and you will.
- Once you believe, your mindset will be set to succeed hence it will actively be focused on finding opportunities. You will see challenges as opportunities to learn, attract different ways of moving towards your dream and notice more options on what you can do to move forward.
- You need to believe in yourself to get started and to keep the momentum.Use every bit of belief to fuel yourself to take action after action towards your dreams.
- Your vision of yourself and your life is your greatest asset. So make it a good one and use it wisely!
- Choosing to believe you can succeed will drive you and inspire you(the way an athlete trains for years because they believe they can win in the Olympics)
Audrey Hepburn had the greatest quote and I use it all the time: Nothing is impossible, the word itself says “I’m Possible”.
Listen, I know sometimes we read these things and are like, “is he talking to me?” Yes. The answer is always yes. If it affects you in anyway then yes, I am talking to you.
A lot of times in life we lose our focus. We lose sight of what it is we were working so hard for. We get distracted, we let others dictate how we work, we get behind, we struggle. This is called life. It’s a constant grind, but, its rewarding if you remember why you started this journey in the first place. It usually starts with a dream. Someone, somewhere said something that made you realize that you could be just like them, better even. It’s what got you started with All Star Motivation anyway.
Most of you sat in Billy Nolan’s 2nd interview and see his swag, his bling, his bad ass whips and you think If he can do it so can I. That’s what we want. The truth is after a few months of grinding and realizing that success is harder than you thought, you turn into a hater. Or, worse, you get promoted and don’t do what we taught you, you don’t follow the advice we have to get you ahead or out of trouble and you continue to have failure after failure. You start to dig a hole you can’t get out of. Then we give you a helping hand and a few weeks later you have jumped head first back in the hole. Then you bitch to everyone around you about how Billy has it easy, living in that fancy house, driving those fancy cars.
Dude, 11 years ago he was living in an apartment. A shitty one at that. I lived there too. He took this idea we molded it into the easiest path to success any human can do, then he did it. So what is your excuse? We failed, and then failed some more. What we didn’t do was lose sight of our dreams. We kept digging our way out, we kept following the plan, we didn’t deviate from it, we embraced the suck and the glory. The failures and the Victories. We had one goal. Our ultimate dream. The same as it has always been. We are the All Star Army, we are going to finish training, get an office, promote the brand, get rich as shit! Hustle long! Hustle Strong! Hustle Fast! Stack that CASH!! Everything else is secondary. By everything else, I mean if it isn’t about your success it doesn’t matter. You will never fulfill your dream until you come to the realization that your dream should be all that matters.
Trust in the plan we have for you, bloom like a rose bush when we plant you, give way more than you get. Stop having regrets and be responsible for your failures. The only thing you have is your word and your name. What is the Value of those two things?
