Some of the greatest leaders throughout history have embodied two important characteristics: Loyalty and Discipline.
- Loyalty:Great leaders are loyal to their people. Their teams, groups, or followers feel this loyalty through actions and words. These leaders are always looking out for the betterment of those whom they serve. They live by the motto, “If my people succeed than I succeed.” Discipline: Great leaders have the discipline needed to be precise and patient in decision making. Instead of just jumping to a decision, they carefully think out their plans and actions. They make disciplined decisions that help their teams catch the vision of their motives and the precision of their plans.
When you become an independent business owner with All Star Motivation, we only expect a few things from you: 1. Grind Hard 2. Be disciplined. 3. Be honest. 4. Be loyal to us and the brand. That’s it. You get through the training program you sign a contract that states pretty much these facts.
Loyalty is first, the reason I put the definition up is to show you it’s not about be subservient. We don’t need anyone kneeling at the altar of perfume and cologne lol. What we do expect is for you to promote All Star Motivation the brand, our lifestyle, our awesome products, the people and mainly the opportunity we have for anyone here. The more you promote the bigger your business becomes. That’s Fact.
Discipline. Being an entrepreneur is not easy. It is a lot of work. It’s not for the weak, that is for sure. It can be stressful, agonizing, it will set your anxiety level to a new high you never knew you had. The truth is, it is all worth it in the end. Especially with All Star Motivation. I heard this from B. Bones the other day about Discipline, and I’m not quoting, I’m just remembering what he said so I’m “para phrasing:”
As entrepreneurs you have to be inspired. At All Star Motivation that’s easy, just make a phone call to Billy Nolan and he will feed your inspiration until you are full. That’s easy. As entrepreneurs you have to have motivation. Motivation is also easy, you only need your own thoughts for that. Look at how far you have come in the training program, in your own business, what car you drive, those things are easy to imagine and work for. Again motivation is easy, if you can’t find it on your own all you have to do is call your promoter and he will again fill you till you are full. As entrepreneurs you have to be Disciplined. Discipline is not so easy. This is the only one you have to learn and practice on your own.
YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS OR NON ACTIONS!!
Listen, I get it. You are talking to a guy who for the last 8 months held myself accountable for my health. It took discipline to wake up early and work out, run, eat healthier etc. That discipline is now a habit. Just like me, you have to work at it. You say you try but have you really? I can always tell what type of owner you are going to be by what time you show up to your building and the excuse you give me for being late. You are UNDISCIPLINED! It only takes 30 days to develop a habit. What habits do you have? Are they good ones?
